I worked for 2+ plus years in a crossfit gym performing techniques of all sorts from Stretching to myofascial to sports to relaxation. Prior to working at a gym I worked for many Chiropractic offices learning to how treat different issues my clients may face like a kink in their neck to head aches to back pain.
